Welcome to my world! 

I am an actor turned filmmaker who is passionate about creating unique and thought-provoking work, featuring strong female characters. 

As an actor, it was rare for me to get the opportunity to portray the interesting characters I wanted to portray, so I started writing them myself! Even though I loved acting, I came to the realization that the storytelling aspect of it was my true passion. After my daughter was born in 2010, I decided I no longer wanted to audition for projects that were not creatively satisfying and I slowly transitioned from actor to filmmaker. As an indie filmmaker, I have experience writing, producing, directing, casting, editing, and everything in between! I also have years of experience working in production accounting for film and television, so I’m knowledgeable about the business side of production as well.

In 2020, fellow filmmaker Christy Fleetwood and I launched the independent production company, Quietly Bold Films. We are dedicated to telling stories that highlight the lives of those often overlooked and believe that representation in cinema matters. Boldly telling stories through the female lens.
